The Technical Support team includes two groups.

First, the System Administrators, who install and maintain the hardware, networks, and desktop and server applications, both for products delivered to clients, as well as for internal staff.

The second group is the Database Administrators who build, configure and maintain the databases that our products run on. This group is responsible for monitoring the client systems, ensuring maximum uptime and optimum performance.
